The Server is broken in some way!
Be it a crash, an error, or and admin screwing up, the server is inevitably going to crash. So, If it does, post here and be all like *alarm bells* OH NOES! SERVER DOWN!, And maybe someone will notice. Hopefully.

It means the server is down. An admin will bring it back online shortly.

It's back up now, it was the usual ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

Does it mean some noob went to somewhere out of bounds? Say, the Nether? And then the server crashed because said noob was there? I'm looking at t3rr0r...

The OutOfBounds error is a common one in computing, nothing to do with a player going out of the generated area.

You can't goto the nether in MP, Yet

It's not endless, but 8 times larger than earth's surface.

And you can. But the server either loads only nether, or only world. So you have to choose.

We need to have a nether server, for shits and giggles. I know I'd be in there, running from Ghasts, hiding my kids, hiding my wife...

its possible to use a server teleport plugin, but the server managers have to hack the server client and in worst case the whole server would be destroyed :S and a second "nether" server would be lame cuz you have no natural ressourcen like wood, stone etc

It has been down for days because hMod has been discontinued, and we are waiting for its successor Bukkit, which is not ready for release yet. A lot of servers have the same problem.

Server has been online for a few hours now. After looking around, we found out MinecartMania is partly broken 
Seems to be a little tricky getting in due to the overloaded login server, but with some luck and patience you'll get in eventually!
