VIPs punishing the turds?

Well....World is infested with idiots who try their best to destroy others fun. So here is the question:
Why not to give some power over those pesky trolls to the vip? I mean a way to control them or punish for stupid disruptive behavior. Slap, or ignite...Idk...And there is no way to report in game about such behavior to the admins - so maybe a report tool for VIPS? Cause we are more frequently on the server than admins are

Maybe the answer is not to give away more privileges but to make the existing admins easier to reach.
I know a couple of servers who use some sort of !admin caller plugin, we could use one of those or make our own.
That is an even better idea!
Put that !admin on the server, I have no idea where to get it, but I believe it could help a lot.

I've seen it on several servers.
It's basicly a plugin which lets people either write a message, or simply "ping" an admin to let them know there's use of them on the server. This message or "ping" is then recieved either on an IRC channel, or on a chat on their homepage. (Or by email perhaps.)

Or directly per MSN / Jabber / ICQ / whatever open-source client you can think of

My suggestion is to hand out votekick powers to VIPs
