With the help of Mog's admin assist, he sucsessfully kicked me on his second chance.
He is now on a perma' ban.

Vip's can't kick, Moglizorz has a e2 chip that gives his powers to a selected player, and then with that Panda kicked me.

I wouldn't really blame Mogli. Mog' dosen't really know what Panda can be like, so when Mog was online he acted normal, thus getting the trust off Mog to become an Admin Assistant
Why did Moglizor grant a regular player admin rights?
Panda Was a vip, Ultimate ;3, IMO he still shouldn't of been given admin rights, only trusted like yourself (Ultimate) or Natrix, for example, should be.

To be honest, this whole admin assistant crap makes no sense. They're not admins, why give them admin powers? It's stupid and you're just asking for problems.

I personally have never given another player admin rights, but I can see why other GMod admins have. When stuff gets outta' hand it's hard to keep-an-eye on everyone at the same time.

Agree.. Why having assistant admins? I mean, you are there yourself in the first place when giving him the chip, also what Aya said. They arn't admins, why should they have the powers of one? That's kinda like bypassing the whole process of getting accepted by the admins, because you think he's capable of controlling it.

It doesn't make sense though. The "Admin Assistant" chip is like an unsecured proxy, so the actions against you were on behalf of Moglizorz. If you ran an unsecure proxy on your computer, and someone used it to attack/do anything illegal, you'll be the one getting the police on your door.

Hmmm, the only thing I can say, is that in this case Mogli should at least be given a warning or sanctioned for this action, seeing as he is solely the one responsible for opening up an unsecure channel in which an appointed player could do anything to anyone else.
Secondly, say what you like about Lil Panda but I have known him to be a bit of a mingebag. If I have to ban him again at all in the future only for him to be unbanned yet another time, just like what happened to Johanmyst then I'll be questioning your ways.
I have a good sense of right and wrong and there is a thin line between them. If people have done some serious misdeeds then they should not be allowed to get away with blue murder, admin or not.

I haven't been playing on the server for a while due to private stuff, but I have been following up on the forums, and it only seems that this Lil panda is causing trouble.
To me a ban sounds reasonable and I agree with dave, Moglizor really isn't helping by giving the troublemaker admin rights.
