I just goes to show that is Panda was to be given the ban hammer for real, then undoubtedly all hell would break lose. This also proves that Panda is a minge, as he was using an admin's powers through an E2 proxy to kick another admin. If this is the kind of contempt that Panda has for admins, then you never should have unbanned him in the first place, Karl.

Vip's can't kick, Moglizorz has a e2 chip that gives his powers to a selected player, and then with that Panda kicked me.
