Also, in that image, we are actually seeing galaxies as they existed 13 billion years ago (300-400 Million years after the big bang). Pretty mind blowing.

Those galaxies probably don't even exist now, taking into consideration the time it takes for light to travel from its source of emission down to us here on Earth.

Yep. AFAIK that picture was taken by the Hubble telescope, which found a spot in the night sky which had to visible stars, and then it just looked at that spot with an open lens for 4-8 months.
