Team Fortress 2 server changes

Hey, I did some changes and updates this morning.
8th November 2009, 07:36 CET
* Updated SourceMod from 1.2.2-dev snapshot to 1.2.4 stable.
* Team Swap now works.
* "timeleft" and "thetime" etcetera should no longer stop responding.
* Temporarily added pl_hoodoo_final and plr_pipeline during a certain test period.
* Fast respawn will no longer be functioning during gameplay on pl_hoodoo_final and plr_pipeline.
* Slotcount will now show an extra (fake) slot. This will slightly break the public concept (the auto-retry for pubbers), although it'll benefit the donators without the GameMenu.res file. This is currently off, but will soon be controlled by a custom plugin.

* Donator chat formatting is now no longer bugged.
* Enabled Awards on the HLStatsX again.

* Issue with reserved slots has now been resolved.

* Removed plr_pipeline from the mapcycle due to an issue which can be found at TF2 Rotation/maps.
18th November 2009, 03:15 CET
* Removed pl_hoodoo_final.
* Added cp_dustbowl and cp_badlands.
* Removed plugin that gives killers' information upon death.
* There is no longer a Waiting for Players pause.
* Administrator action notices are now only displayed to other administrators.
* Installed plugins for myself - limited to root administrators only (surprise, surprise).

* Server operator can now spawn pumpkins as they please (me only).
* Players that kill the server operator (me) receives 10 stat points (doesn't apply to assisters).
* HLStatsX has been upgraded from version 1.6.1 to 1.6.2.

* Donator nicknames are now coloured instead of coloured text.
* Added a 33rd slot (which a player can occupy).
* Updated gScramble.
* Updated SourceMod gamedata.

* Updated equipment manager offsets.

It's not working guys. I'm pretty sure that the lack of activity on the server is caused by the two control point maps. Lets try and remove those for a while and lets evaluate what would be the best for the server.

I have done a little bit of research and I think pl_frontier might be a good map to add to the server.

Tell steam to make it an official map and its all good, Karl from what i know wants to avoid having to get people to download maps

That's what I prefer, Valve should make their own maps. Because they can master their own SDK so their maps are pretty well optimized than a lot of community maps out there.

I guess switching back to PL was necessary judging by the stats. If only more PL maps.

Is it possible to ADD Hoodoo again to the maplist, but then ALWAYS skip stage1? So that stage1 will never be played. Or something like that

AFAIK there is no way to skip a stage in a map short of remaking the map without stage 1 at all, hoodoo was really sucky and i can deal with 2 maps for now if it keeps numbers high

i like hoodoo too but u have same problem at stage 2 at last point i think even with 8 sec respawn it is very hard to get this one.

The server issues haven't been fully fixed yet as we're still experiencing server crashes (and we're not the only server that does this). I'm expecting Valve to push another update tonight that'll fix the rest of these issues.
