TF2 Rotation/maps

Will the TF2 server ever have any other maps? two maps is too few for the hardcore aprilon'ers such as myself. Can we add hoodoo back but with a longer respawn so the map works properly? And is it possible to allow admins to call a vote to change the map to a non payload map every once in a while? If a high % vote for it then it would be what people want.

plx remove pipeline or get a timelimit on it so the changes after dont know 1 hour or something and dont last until 1 team wins 3 hours the same map sucks hard with teams who dont know what to do on the double payload maps

I thought this still is happening. I've temporarily removed it until I've found a solution to this (possibly and most likely writing a plugin that'll do as desired).

3 hours might be a bit of an overexaggeration, the only time i ever had a map seriously drag on for payload was when we had instant respawn but it always seems to end in a timely manner when i'm on :/
