New server settings ?!

Hi Aprilon community !
im playing on the server like 6 months now and i think it is getting worse every day.
1st of all the DB guys left cause of stupid mobbing by some guys then u gave the donators some bonuses like the 30 % charge thing and so on this wasnt realy nessesary but didnt kill the balance and u need some donators to support the server so i wasnt realy complaining about it.
But now the new server settings are total bullshit i think u cant play with ur friends and mates any longer cause of the teamscramble all the time. besides that u cant even join spectator if ur 10 mins AFK and why the hell are the classlimits gone ? ive played today and we hand >7< ENGIS in the team that only kills the balance cause there are only PL maps on the server.
Another point is the mapcycle, yes i know every1 was complaining about hoodoo but its not the maps fault its the fault of the fact that the server is with instant spawn so u cant win this map if the teams are equal in skill and players. So what about adding another map then ? i dont prefer a special 1 but 2 maps only is kinda boring if u play often.
the last thing i want to mention are the admins i dont play 24/7 cause i have to work but in the last month i didnt see 1 of them playing on the server. last week for expample there was a guy using speedhack und no1 could do anything about it that was really anoying. What about some new admins ?
This is not only QQing about everything but i like the server and i like playing with my mates there cause its fun so i dont want the server to turn in a bullshit one like all the saints servers with there imbalanced donator shit or something like that
All in all its just my opinion and i want to know what the other people think about it who are playing regulary on the server.

Another question, why does the server say that there's 15 people on the server, when there's less than that?

Me and you have played quite alot Wuz (I'm not admin) you're a good player and your oppinions mean alot to most of us here and I'm glad that you're willing to help rather than just abandon us 
.
I agree with most of what you're saying though dude, we just need to work out, a good setup and then other goodies we can lure donators in without editing gameplay too much.

8 soldiers and 5 demos lol ? yea i know its free weekend after the update but it sucks hard also scramble doesnt work and autoteambalance too. 16 vs 10 very nice balanced. also donators always stay in 1 team cause they cant be scrambled or swapt ? and the rest can play with the noobs nice balance.

Give it some time man. As you, yourself just said, it's free weekend, lots of lamers and people who whore demo and soldier because of the update. I'm sure after this weekend it'll get better.
You can't just throw away your 85k points like that! Think about all your time spent.

i dont care about the points cause i dont have much time to play atm cause of work so everyone can beat it nothing to do with skill.
it was fun to play with QB his bro and many other guys on the server but at the moment its no fun for me to play i made a post 3 weeks before the update to limit some classes nothing happend now its only annoying and i dont think it will get better cause demoman was one of the most played classes and now it will be played much more and that kills the whole gameplay of pl maps.
i dont know why engis are limited to 3 and demos not if u have 6-8 demos u can also have 6 engis thats the same shit in my opinion but i dont care anymore

90% of that is a temporary issue which has been fixed. Plugins were busted after the update.

You're exaggerating Wuz. However, I do agree with what you said as I've witnessed just the very same tonight. It is the exact reason I left other servers before I came here. The teams were day in and day out unbalanced and stacked full of clanners against general pub players. And boy what a fun they had owning everyone .. yeah. People are sad.
But know this; like Goose said, it is only temporarily. The war update, the free weekend and the fact that this update broke the sourcemod stuff .. it's bound to bring said problems with it.
It's only a matter of time until everything gets fixed and people are done farming achievements. By then we're (hopefully) back to regular gameplay, like we used to see here.
I can understand you're mad and even I don't like it all .. admittedly , I have been complaining lots, too. Just ask Goose hehe.
But there is no reason to give up just now. It'll all be sorted soon and we'll get rid of most of the lame free weekend players. Something tells me you don't want to quit really.

While this is temporary, Karl, I suggest limiting the number of demomen per team to 4 for the time being and same for soldier. Also is there any way to make gscramble automatically scramble when the point ratios between the teams pass a certain extreme?

Only problem with the class limits is that everyone is playing either demoman or soldier. And the rest is playing spies or snipers. So no heavies, pyros or medics, and sometimes even no engies. It's crazy.

Seems like it has mostly calmed down, besides the few people that still don't have their weapons yet. Most other people have figured out what works well against demoknights, so it isn't too bad. Not that I noticed any limiting to begin with >_>

Anything really.
They are really vulnerable when they charge. You just gotta dodge that damn lethal hit. Me and my buddy RainingShrooms had lots of fun with me ubercharging him, and him running into the enemy horde with Eyelander. Our record was 8 kills.

Okay about clanstacking : yesterday i played and there was some kinda v1.0 clan online they stacked the blu team everytime. and we got all the time steamrolled this is crap seriously i remember the members of the clan. sliped,bumblebee,grazz,pac´5,straightjacket and another one i cant rmember something has to be done against this. it was on the CP server and when i told them that the teams got imbalanced they started to insult me at every possible situation things like jerk,idiot,asshole etc.. i didnt insult back as that is childish stuff but i hope something gets done against this easy to stack thing. (no admin was on)

Sadly not the first time clan stacking has happened and its happened before with donators, what would be nice is a way to scramble ignoring donator status and stop people being able to swap back until the map ends, this might seem a little unfair to the donators but they have to remember donating doesn't mean they can do as they please and as admin i value the playing experience of other players as much as theirs, sure nobody likes to lose but it happens and its a game and clan stacking doesn't make the game fun, sure i could always swap myself to the winning team just to boost my points but its pointless and doesn't actually reflect any kind of skill whatsoever.

So that's why it emptied so fast tonight
Must have been an issue at my host, I didn't experience it so I don't have much to complain about to them so I'll leave this be. Shouldn't happen often though
