Shops plugin [COMPLETE, V 0.1]

The plugin is now reenabled, gentlemen. For a more proper guide on how to use this, see http://users.aprilon.net/~puckey/SignSh ... /guide.htm ( shortened url tiny.cc/ssguide )
Admin commands:
The only admin command thus far is to remove a shop. To do this, right-click the sign as if you were to buy from it and then type /shops_admin remove.
To do:
Automatic chest locking
Comments
Sales tracking

I wonder if we could add a "Donation Chest"
Basically it gives nothing back but ppl can put stuff in it depending on the users request
Maybe like this:
This would make, stealing from a donation chest, harder :L
and the user could specify what he requires.
