i would like to suggest 2 mods.
the first one is for more cooking recipe

CheffCraft requires client-side patching which not everyone will be able to do and it will break on every Minecraft client update.
MinecartMania may be worth looking into as its available as a hey0 plugin, which is the preferred mod framework.
