Some may have noticed that now to access files on Garrysmod.org you need to register and verify you own GMod.

This didn't work for me (said I don't own GMod when I do). So to say a big "get it up ya" to Garry Newman, I wrote a little utility to generate the download link without requiring you to be logged in or verify.

Enjoy!

Download For:
Windows (2000+)
Mac OS X (10.4+ Universal)
Linux (GTK2+)

Tried it on a couple of files on the main page and it didn't work (Access denied) :raise:

It worked in all my tests :raise:

Also, its 4MB because it has the Mac and Linux versions embedded in it for some reason, no idea why and I couldn't remove them.

It doesn't work for me either, it seems to be stripping out underlines, and extensions.

Anyway, you can just do it manually:

http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=94121

http://s3.garrysmod.org/files/94121/gm_supersizeroom_v2.zip

The last bit is the title of the download page with .zip after it.

The protection against unauthorised downloads is extremely poor.

There we go.

(Was bored) :v

The reason I did an application rather than a website, it because it would be very easy to block the referrer :P
