They were prop pushing(zalakta & Von Lidl), and spawning props at the spawn(zaert21). They wouldn't stop, even after I asked them to. zaert21 got banned for 2 hours by Mesprite.

Does it matter?.. If he IS only a VIP, then he obviously didn't ban anyone, and probably got someone else to do it.
If he IS an admin, he banned him.. That's it really.
