Pull off the side of the chassis. :3
Also, you just remove all dust and exchange the thermal-paste on your CPU.

Yeah that would help if the fan would get enough power to actually move it around ^.^
I seemed to have fixed it by removing the case and putting a little tiny fan on it lol.
