I guess as some of you might be aware not that long ago the PS3 was finally hacked and all its inner secrets revealed to inquisitive minds, i finally opted to jailbreak mine and completed this successfully just now, any other similarly minded people done this yet or thought about it or am i the only one willing to sacrifice PSN access to enable homebrew

So, how'd you do it (generally speaking, jailbreaking sites have been closed just for distributing detailed "how-tos")

Went fine, installed an FTP manager which worked great and the most recent backup manager which worked fine
