If the host comes along ( owners of phpBB) and finds the " Illegal software" links here they can easily suspend/shutdown the site and/or prosecute Karl for sharing illegal files :S

I would advise not to have any illegal files on this site if you don't want the risk of it being suspended/shut down.

phpBB have no control over your site, besides it's external links, not hosted files on Karls server. It shouldn't matter :/
