This is "Read this Chatlog" not "Read this Novel".

I think the TL;DR of that chunk of that day is: Chinichi got friends to vote (fine with me) and Eion used some kinda tricks to vote more than once (meh, whatever).

All the votes do is change the order in which the top25 seeds will be added together, end to end. Since we had less than 25 seeds, everyone's seed value made it into the final seed.
