First of all, it has/had a bug where it instantly changes map after the time limit is up. Secondly, the main reason we removed it, is because very often, it ended with extremely long stalemates, a lot of times not even past the second point - people just left. Activity pretty much just halfed during/after Upward. Half the people leave when it stalemates, which happens a lot. Personally, I also really like Upward, but it's really not good for the server when a lot of people leave, because of one map.
Activity has been much more consistent after we removed it.
