Who watches the watchers?

Me and some friends are building a castle on the minecraft server, but Cypherous (admin) decided to turn the area into a snow biome for a laugh. Now we will have to unfreeze a lake if we want to build anything like docks etc. and also clear the snow from inside the castle to put down pathways. Cypherous now refuses to change it using worledit, and none of the other admins (or karl) will change it either. So now what?
