you cannot place blocks there, you can only place them within ze designated area' over the whole map its cool. you are right though, there should be some system in place, but sucha system will need some serious restrictions wich could make some people annoyed. but when the spawn city is build then yeah, there should be limitations on materials and types of buildings IE no abandoned trading posts wich people seem to be so fond of

OK. There are to many false rumors circulating about starting new map. Please stop exaggerate and confuse other ppl with false rumors.
