Anyway there is a ton. I think I covered most, if not all, of the major changes. If you really want to know more go to the wiki or play the game.

You missed like 90% of the list.

Then read the wiki, I provided a link! (Of course you already did though.)

EDIT: I have an idea.

So you know how there can be infinite copies of the same map? What if there can be infinite copies of the same book? We could have a book that lists every rule and a thorough explanation of each of them given to nearly every player. In that same book we could also have a list of plugins and their function, including how "/lwc" and "/privwarps" work.

That actually could be pretty useful...
I'm sure there will be a variety of new plug-ins created for these books, and in the future I'm sure we could find (or possibly create) something very helpful to use with these books.
I just can't wait to play 1.3 on the server :D

Just read the full changelog; exciting new features! :quagmire:
This would be perfect timing to prepare and swap to the new world once bukkit is updated, shouldn't take too long hopefully. :)

I'm sure Mr. Happy could make a plugin that could write a book with a pre-defined text, which could be put in any new players inventory. :P

guys slow it down, happy can't do everything :u

sides , just copy pasta books in a chest with WE :u ....
tricky part would be to give 1 book to every person ...
or add a command for the rule book.
