1) Go to http://imgur.com
2) Upload your image
3) on the right you'll see a list of links. one of them looks something like this: "[ img ] http://i.imgur.com/abcde.jpg [ /img ]"
4) Copy that link, and paste it onto here.

Is that good enough explanation?
