I got pissed off at the server for glitches and lost my temper. It was VERY stupid on my part and I take full responsibility for my actions. I am very sorry for the problems I caused and I will be a LOT more quite now.

When Chinichi said "Spamming" earlier he was just referring to masta's general posting the links in chat. The actual spam didn't start until after Chinichi quit from IRC. At which point, "May 17 19:00:30 <APN^MC^Miwa> <Masta_beta> once more everyone FUCK YOU CHINICHI" and he then proceeded to spam.

I have logs of him spamming "this is for you chinichi http://www.loltrain.com COME AT ME BRO" from 19:02:23 to 19:03:29 my time, at which point the IRC bot died due to excess flood which was a result of Masta_Beta's spamming. He could have even spammed after the IRC bot died, but I of course have no IRC logs of it. If we need to obtain those logs I can contact LifeTimeBLOOD and he can show me.

I'm normally passive whenever people who I have banned post an appeal. However, I see absolutely no reason why this behaviour does not deserve at very least a temporary ban. He, despite having four warnings, spammed links which nobody wanted to see. Not only did he post them, he did so rapidly and flooded the chat. This is a direct violation of the spamming rule and in the end did damage our server by killing the IRC bot. Admins, start your voting.

Oh shit i didn't know that it was that bad. I will take a temporary ban if I can. I asked chinichi for a temporary ban after the first time he said so and he said that i could have had that instead of what he did which is what made me mad. I am very VERY sorry for the trouble I caused and what chinichi did, was took all my inventory and got rid of it which made me mad because of all the the stuff with me and that i had already lost a lot of good stuff because of server glitches.

The final decision lies with the rest of the admins.



Did you say Chinichi cleared your inventory? Why did he do that?

chinichi, if you would have just given me the temporary ban in the first place in stead of clearing my inventory this would have never happened.
I am not giving up with out a fight. You could just ban me for chat for a while or at the very least can I have a 1 YEAR ban...
This is a good server and I would like to continue playing on. Like I have said before i was unaware off all the harm i cause and I am very VERY sorry for loosing my temper and doing what I did. Please PLEASE at least just give me a temporary ban. Any length I don't care, I have spent a lot of time on the server and made lots of friends. I enjoyed helping out people on the server that where new and would like to continue.
