My friend claims he were banned for spawning a lollercoaster on spawn, and according to him it was a unfair ban by dave. And all i wish to know if it where a permanent ban or a temperary?

King Blastech is a relentless mingebag on the gmod server, I've banned him many a time before. If he doesn't learn how to control himself he will be banned permanently next time. You should also be banned for your greifing sessions on MC, now I know where all my stuff has disappeared to.
