This guy has a thing and when he uses it it makes everyone loose connection.
he has a bit of a temper and does it if the slightest thing goes wrong.
he did it twice in 5 minutes.

You don't have to keep saying again. Look, if you see him on immediately type status in console. If he shuts the server down before you can see his Steam ID, that's ok. It will still be in console.
But as nemo said, pic or no deal.

Just get his name, and use the Community-page -> Steam_ID thing that Karl has made.
