i was playing with my friends and talking about someone they kicked and a VIP named viper locked me in a cage for noreason and then for royal a admin kicked me for a reason that said kicked for not stoping whining when i was just talking about a unfair (i thought) kick.

We have every right to protect our server from mingebags, respect that. If people are going to greif others in any way, shape or form then they deserve to be kicked.

It was obviously not admin / VIP abuse because you were minging yourself and Viper took it into his own hands to stop you.
Also, you also kept compaining about someone being kicked, and saying random things and we couldnt understand what you were on on about.
After this, We kicked you.

It's not the first time Painis Cupcake or whoever has been kicked and I doubt it'll be the last time, this isn't the first time he's stepped out of line. I've kicked him before for spawning something before which I kindly asked him not to spawn, but did he listen? The answer is no.

I believe you also were kicked for annoying Valle[DK] on his small race track.

Yes he was, if I remember rightly. But I don't think it was me that kicked him.

i was helping my friends as they were going to race and i set up a cam to see who was gona win and i wasn't spaming props thats what minging partly means and i couldn't see what i was doing wroung when i just saying surly that was unfair just to kick someone for looking at ur stuff i don't see the proplem

and vaffe wasn't telling me to get of his track i was out the way just watching them it was other people with there cars that he was trying to get off

In my very humble opinion, I was with Vaffe when kaine was setting up the camera. I thought it was a good idea. The person who I think kaine was complaining about was "DasBoShitt" the imposter. Half the people on the server were. I was also complaining about him because he kept getting in Vaffe's and mine's go kart and would not go away. Kaine wasn't spamming props or causing mingebaggery. All he did was set up a camera.

I only kicked him the once. It must of been Ocfos.

Exactly. So stop throwing your toys out of the pram just because you got kicked ONCE. There is a base reason behind every ban/kick whether or not that reason has been provided to you and, contrary to popular belief, we admins don't kick and ban just for the sake of it.
