Class limit?

I joined today on server and we play red team on Badwater. I cannot pickup spy because there was 2 allready on my team. Cannot pickup engie because there was allready 2 on my team. And we cannot choose not single sniper?!??!? Wtf is this shit? Class limits on? Bug? Some admin joke?
Roll vanilla server, leave that fastrespawn/kritz off/homing sentries/etc. shit away...

Yeah and me seeing you play as spy leads me to believe you are shit too.

Who runs out the spawn already disguised as a scout, the easiest class to tell they are a spy..

Plz stfu and dont teach me how to spy. Everyone has his own stlye. Scout have smallest model and it is easiest way to pass through enemy lines without bumpin' into players.
