They're in their own category in the Q-menu. If they're not there or you can't spawn 'em, make sure you mount TF2. You mount it through some option in the menu (quit disconnect and shit).

The ragdolls and buildings are in Garrys mod. Was that your question?

Well, I have looked everywhere for them, even in the materials list and everything. :/ And I have checked that TF2 is indeed mounted. Bah. I'll try to figure something out. Thanks anyhow!

It's an ingame feature, and it smooths jagged edges, whenever you're taking shots, you should up it too whatever your pc can handle, so it looks nice .
