I don't know what's causing this, but under normal circumstances players should be able to enter/exit other players vehicles and car seats without any trouble, yet for some reason there is a bug/glitch in the server that is preventing this outright. Fix this please Karl :(

Seems to be fixed for me now, I cleared out gmod's gcf
