I think you guys should open admin applications, i saw only 1 admin (Conor) for like 7 days.

I think it's unfortunate that you've only seen my ugly mug on the server and no-one else. I think the prime time for exams is right now, it's the only thing I can think of preventing admins from joining the sever regularly.
