Unable to start the server following a prolonged service outage that happened over the weekend. While the UKGame main website remained accessible, the game server control panel gp. subdomain was offline. I can only provide some basic information.
On the server start/stop page, the status reads 'StopPending'.
On an attempt to to start the server, an error message is returned reading:
"Error while starting: Cannot start service TC25770157355873717830606 on computer '.'."
I'm not quite sure what's going on here Karl, my guess is that it the server may be misconfigured, or it is a UKGame system fault. I would suggest sending a support ticket?
