I'll be experimenting with some stuff within this week or weekend.

Game balance:
- Valve stock balancer
- New votescramble

Chat plugin:
- Players with the [AD] tag will have their tag in white to highlight it a little (whenever they talk in the chat).
Currently it only works for VIPs, but I already have an untested version ready for non-VIPs too

Then you should change it, so everyone who is in Team Aprilon, should have their [AD] tag be a different colour, like gold. :3

There isn't a gold colour code for the chat
