Haha! Sweet. I saw someone using very similar mod, but one they just made from changing console commands. Heavy who could use targe charge, fists only, and insane amounts of health.

If there's just a single server hosting that mod it's likely it's a private mod

It's a mod, something completely different. You can't compare it to standard TF2.

Oh, I thought it just gets shoved on the server and players do that as well as payloading/CP.
I haven't played TF2 in a long time o.O

From what I've heard it's a private mod and will not be released onto anyone else's server.
