Cloak and dagger + Reclaimed metal (Level2) (Made out of 3 scrap metals)
So if you have whats neccesery to make it, or the knife itself, ask me for what you want and what i have

I think its good for bunches of people, once you start stabbin' they will hardly find you.
But not to be able to change disguise its a huge minus
