What do you think of Valve's team balancer? Do you think we should move over to it (we can still make VIPs immune)?

Why are you thinking about moving to it in the first place? Is there a problem?

Don't do it. The built in one hates me. It ALWAYS moves me, no matter how long I've been on or how high a score I have

Because it's possible (and still have VIPs immune to it).

VIPs should be immune to balance, but not to any scrambles or something.

Well i know for example during the time you disabled gscramble and we were using said balancer it was absolutely fail, i think at one point the teams had a 4 man difference without the balancer doing squat so i'm not really a fan of it tbh.
