Well, actually Java (when done right) can run near C speed and efficiency. It just runs shit code (which there is a lot of) shit.

I am at my parent for christmas. So I couldn't really get any gifts (would have to lug them back on the 8 hour train home).

However I did get £150 in total. £50 of which I have decided to spend on a decent microwave which can actually cook food. Rock 'n Roll lifestyle.
