Let's fix this
Got this PM today, even after DB there still is quite a bit of team stacking, hmm how can we fix this?
Mafuba: hey
Mafuba: well, it was a nice time on your server, but the increasing numer of unfairness and stacking because of the immense advantages of premium users and the impact on the teambalance feared (or raged) me off the server too oftenGot this PM today, even after DB there still is quite a bit of team stacking, hmm how can we fix this?

Is still it done by other large teams that donate? There are other large groups that all donate for the same teamstack immunity? Haven't seen too many around, the most I get is maybe one or two donators when I play, usually not enough to make it entirely unfair.
Since I haven't played with the guy, might just be a big chance that he's raging at losing? And if it's the CP server, it's easier to get unbalanced teams on it.
Did he have any examples?

Problem is that people rarely read the donator benefits and mostly just assume that anyone with a paid advantage must be cheating unfairly, even though most of the benefits have no effect on anything, can't say i've noticed stacking on the PL server and generally speaking its fairly balanced but i'm not there 24/7 so my view only covers what i see, some examples would be great and yes CP can easily become 1 sided hence why i dislike it ^^

The guy obviously doesn't really know what he's talking about. Immense premium benefits? He must be confusing this server with saigns.de
Sure, stacking happens. If I join a team, often the people in my friendslist join the same team, and I do the same. If those friends happen to be pretty good at this game, and even are donators, that's just coincidence.
Banning DB was understandable, but you cannot force people to NOT play with their friends because they are too skilled.

I don't think it has a lot to do with donation in general. It's more about the lack of depth in payload.
Payload is prone to favoring brute force over tactics. With enough pressure from BLU there's no stopping the cart, unless RED mounts an equal defense. If the defense doesn't happen, or vice versa, then the game is remarkably one-sided. When it goes like that, it's easy to say, look, they are stomping on us! The premium players are playing on one side only! Death to the premium players! Our loss has everything to do with them being unfair and nothing about our team being worse!
Well, duh. The main reason I donated was to prevent me from getting swapped mid-round. The problem was getting thrown to the other side when you in fact were contributing to your victory. And I fucking hated that.
Now, in itself, there's nothing wrong with that. If you're a MVP and the other team is getting their asses kicked, then by all means some balancing should occur. But here's the beef: it isn't fun. I mean, who likes to play well team-wise and then get thrown over to the side that doesn't?
This is why people donate. They don't like to lose. They don't like to play with people that don't play as well as you do. It transcends the conscience of most people to abandon the winning team in order to even the odds. I know for myself that isn't easy.
It's about donators getting singled out more than anything. Perfectly balanced games never occur except on rare occasions and I can tell you that happens only on badwater. Gold Rush is the Dustbowl of payload.
e: Also with regards to the DB ban, the guys started playing against each other in the end, but apparently it was too late.

Yeah I'm afraid this is the real issue as well. Valve if your listening, give us more PL maps!

i think aya is right, because its supposed to be a friend game,
im not sure about DB's clan stacking but if a friend joins to your team, its coincidence if the players are good.
i hate playing against my friends
