Requesting to ban STEAM_0:1:24430701 for racism known more as

i was playing and talking to hakim about slavs, when ribhard said

i don't know aprilon's tolerance about racism so i didn't ban him at once, just figured to make a topic and karl, you decide.

Most obvious, purest form of racism. "Slavs are subhuman" warrants a permban imo.
