Steam friendlist glitch?

Was playing in the CP server, suddenly you get the same kind of bugs you get when steam is under maintainance, disconnecting from friends and whatnot. Suddenly, after I updated steam, my friendslist is empty, and it doesn't display any friends on my community page.

Wtf? Anyone have any idea?
