Smart Constraint

Hello everyone!
I've been playing a few days on the Aprilon Dynasty building server and noticed that the server doesn't have smart constraint.
Suggestion: Smart Constraint instead of Smart-Weld
Smart Constraint works pretty much like Smart-Weld. So it welds and no-collides every selected prop (and colors them red instead of green) and it's more simple and doesn't cause as much lag as Smart-Weld.
Smart-Weld might even crash the server, but I haven't seen any crashing problems with Smart Constraint.
Smart Constraint would speed up everyone's building projects.
