Drunken Lighter Smiley Burn

I was rather drunken last night, download half a 70cl before hitting the clubs, so yea, pretty wrecked.
In the absense of my mind, I seem to have decided to burn a lighter smiley into my arm, and now it's a manky green smiley face that looks kinda like a cyclops. Does anyone know how to stop burns from making scars?
If you don't know what a smiley burn is, you take this sort of lighter;
Hold the flame on till the metal all gets really hot, then press on your skin. The wheel makes two eye burns, and the circley bit makes a mouth.
In retrospect, wasn't a great idea. So yea, help?

Peel off your burned skin with a rake, then wait for new skin to grow back.
