Update HLStatsx

I think it's about time the hlstatsx should get an update to version 1.6.5 so we can get to see the new weapons and stuff we've gotten from the war update. We're still on version 1.6.3 as of now.
So, any chance we get an update soon?

The reason is we're still on 1.6.3 is because those idiots didn't test 1.6.4 properly and decided to make a quick release short time after (thus 1.6.5). I'll give it some time later.
