http://www.tf2.com Update has been out for an hour now ! 
Make the 2fort soldier a Demoman VS Soldier server so you can only play as those classes. Perhaps on a team arena map that binds red team to demoman and blue team to soldier. These are going to be popular.

What about using the US 2fort server, just changing it to a 24/7 Payload server? 
Also, restricting all classes except demoman and soldier

Sounds good, is it possible to make red team all demo, and blu team all soldier though?

alright, I'd say go for it though. I'll post it on the steam forums when your down, with sufficient bumping and a few people already in we can fill it up easily.

Well.. Bare in mind what was written in the announcement. That any attempt to cheat will be notice and disregarded.
I think they are looking at how many Soldier/Demo kills are coming in from each server, and if it's ALOT, they will be disregarding the server alltogether, to avoid some mingebag sitting in a spawn, spawning bots and killing demos/soldiers all the time.
