karl, if this was an animation you would understand that he was prop pushing, he was prop.. ehh. prop pulling... i guess... anyway. he was "prop pulling" that guys vehicle, and i did like him at first, i showed him how to make a catapult with elastic. and then he just started spawning stuff on spawn. and etc, when he started prop "pulling" that guys thing(which was entertaining cause it was doing a wheelie), then i got tired of him breaking rules. so then i reported him -.-

Edit: I changed from rope art, to catapult with elastic, forgot that rope art was for luckyshot -.-
Edit2: Also that wasnt just a single pole, he had like some invisible props too, i noticed that later (i can tell if people have invisible props because i have a client side thing that changes all colors under 10 visibility (or w/e its called) to any color settings i want.)

anyway take a gooooood look at that picture, just look @ that vehicle, does that look normal? its in midair.

If I may enquire something. Perhaps next time, tell them to stop first, then say that if they don't, they will be reported to the admins. It seems like this guy, if he did something wrong, did not know it.
