Crit broken on TF2 Server!

I just noticed that critical hits doesn't work on the Aprilon server!.. You can get the crits, but you won't deal critical damage to people. Also the "Critical hit" doesn't appear above people's heads when you hit them with a critical. Which renders Kritzkrieg utterly useless.
