I'm always looking for ways to improve the forums to benefit us in some way.
If you're interested in helping us, read through the phpbb3 modification database.
When you've found a modification/addon that would suite the forums, provide a link and be so kind to include a small review and the concept of the mod/addon.

Flood time setting per forum
Add a flood time limit setting for every forum.

Displays on overall header a string that shows in Years, Months, Days the length of time your board has been online.
-Great when you want to know how active someone is

MOD Troll
This MOD will prevent users designated as Trolls from posting, Private Messaging, Emailing, and generally make their life on the board miserable.
