i just noticed something..
there is 3 TF2 admins but there is 7 Gmod admins.. moar balance?

But seriously yeah there is a lot less people can do to TF2 apart from the odd hacker unlike GMod with people lagging and crashing the server so there isn't a massive massive need for more but maybe another covering a different timezone would be cool but thats Karl's call

GMod isn't the same as TF2.
Go to the server ban section, compare the # of gmod bans vs. TF2 bans. Usually there isn't a whole lot you can do on TF2 without getting VAC banned (You can really only grief or spray which is usually not huge deal), while on GMOD you can minge and crash the server with little or no consequence.

Unless ofc its my brand of griefing which is normally seriously amusing to me but not so amusing to the other team, spah in ze base ^^

do the server have new admins now ? im not playing much these days cause of work and exessive beer consuming in my freetime so i need updates
