I dont have his name on a picture i got some problems with print screen or print screen dont work in Garry's mod so i use the camera. XD

If he's abusing the rules and an admin isn't on, then I'm sure you're allowed to use BoS to make him rage quit.. But I think it's against the rules to use BoS fullstop. :-S
I hate these situations where no admins are on xD

Balls of Steel when an admin is not present is okay to deter greifers and such, it's not really necessary when there is an admin around, because they already have the tools to deal with this appropiately and professionally and therefore I do not approve it in those situations. I'll see that he gets banned.
May I ask who was the player that owned all the explosive barrels?
