i got this bug earlier when i posted a video where i could only scroll a tiny bit down (only able to see the first post and abit of the second) as on this screenshot
also notice that the scroll bar on the right side is all the way down

Try Mozilla Firefox and see if that solves the problem.
If not, then you solved a bunch of other issues anyway by switching

Internet Explorer fail... switch to something better like Firefox

Switch to Opera. Best browser Ive ever had. Used it since version 6, now on Version 10 and its never crashed once.
