Forum Update @ Monday afternoon

Hey all,

There'll be some forum updates Monday (2nd Nov) afternoon, so if the forums become unreachable then I've broken it. This update includes a domain change and style changes, also a forum name change.

Overall its nice, but a two things.

1) Why right at the top of the page does it tell you how many PM's you have, why not have it down with the other side information.

2) Some more padding on elements would be nice, to space things out a bit. Currently its a but closely packed.

1 - I moved it with the other information. Turns out it became a little nicer.
2 - I'll consider it, I like the current padding as it is.
