SERVER GLITCH: Aprilon 24/7 Payload

The 24/7 Payload server has recently been experiencing a malfunction of the HLStats feature. The points do not record at all, and the rank feature is not working either. There is also a strong lag during kills and updating (I know for sure that it is not the computer's problem).

The stats do record it just lags, i'll poke Karl about it.
